A few words from parents past and present;
From my first visit to see the facilities at Steps Ahead – all of the staff have been nothing but kind, supportive and focused on my son's wellbeing. I am an over anxious mother and you have all consistently reassured me, explained in detail what is going on and have offered support for both me and my son. He took some time to settle into nursery and prefers change at a slower pace, you have accommodated him and adapted processes to make sure he is comfortable and secure. I am very pleased that my little boy is in your care, I am sure he is safe, happy and learning. The team is wonderful. I appreciate your hard work looking after my child. Thank you for everything you did for D and D throughout the last couple of years! They both enjoyed very much coming to Steps Ahead and had so much fun,learnt and developed a lot. These years provided a great start in their lives. Summer 2022. We love Steps Ahead! The staff are really lovely and always willing to take that extra step to help us and our children. Summer 2022. Absolutely outstanding nursery. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all the staff are so friendly and fantastic. I feel so comfortable leaving my child in their care. Its a clean and safe environment with plenty of activities completed throughout the day. My child loves coming to nursery. Highly recommended. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My eldest daughter started her Steps Ahead journey at 4 months old and now she is in her final month before heading off to school!She is confident,sociable and well prepared in every way.I am sad she is leaving Steps Ahead as it's been such a big part of both our lives and I know my daughter will miss all the staff she loves so much! My son has Autism. He has a job to communicate and has had a few behaviour problems but Steps Ahead have looked after him for 2.5 years. They have all done a fantastic job in supporting me as a parent and him as a pupil. I was sad to see him leave today to start big school tomorrow, but I would like to thank you all for giving him the help and support and all he needed whilst he was in each of your rooms. Staff are fantastic and deserve a big medal- well done guys we will miss you all . |
